2. Data We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate your account and journal: account details; trade records and screenshots; checklists and reviews; account, risk, onboarding, and display preferences; and limited technical information required for authentication and reliability.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent regional law applies, we process your data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Service you signed up for), your explicit consent (e.g. accepting this Policy at registration, optional features), and legitimate interest (maintaining security, preventing abuse, improving reliability). You may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis for processing, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
4. Authentication & Security
Authentication is handled by Google Firebase Authentication, including optional Google Sign-In. Your password is never stored by us in readable form; Firebase manages secure, encrypted, industry-standard authentication on our behalf. We apply Firebase security rules restricting all stored data to the authenticated account that created it, and uploaded images are stored as part of your own private journal entries.
5. Sub-Processors & Third Parties
Google Firebase provides authentication and private database storage. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your personal data and associated trading data are deleted from our active systems; residual copies may persist briefly in encrypted backups before being purged on a routine cycle, and we may retain minimal records where required to comply with a legal obligation, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
7. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States, via our infrastructure providers. Where applicable, such transfers rely on the safeguards provided by our processors (including Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by Google/Firebase).
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to certain processing; receive your data in a portable format; and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. You may exercise most of these rights directly from your account settings (export or delete your data), or by contacting us as described below. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at, and not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us so we can delete it.
11. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users and, where legally required, the relevant supervisory authority, without undue delay and in accordance with applicable law.
12. Cookies
The platform uses only essential, strictly necessary cookies/local storage required for authentication and session management. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or otherwise using this platform ("the Service"), you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service — No Financial Advice
The Service is a personal trading journal, dashboard, analytics, and organizational tool. It is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment adviser, signal provider, or licensed financial institution of any kind, and nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All statistics, risk calculations, risk scenarios, fundamentals scores, and other tools are provided for informational and self-reflection purposes only and must not be relied upon as the basis for any trading or investment decision.
3. Trading Risk Acknowledgment
Trading financial instruments (including but not limited to forex, futures, stocks, options, and cryptocurrency) carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every individual. You acknowledge that: (a) you alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes; (b) past performance shown in journal statistics is not indicative of future results; (c) any risk percentages, projections, or simulations shown (including prop-firm challenge and live compounding projections) are mathematical estimates based on the data you entered and are not guarantees of any outcome; and (d) you should consult a licensed, qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.
5. Account Responsibility & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, the admin panel, or the underlying systems; upload content that is unlawful, infringing, abusive, or that you do not have the right to share (including screenshots containing third-party personal data without consent); reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's normal operation; or misrepresent journal data for fraudulent purposes (e.g. falsified statistics submitted to a third party such as a prop firm). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
7. Subscriptions & Pro Membership
Certain features may be offered as part of a paid Pro membership. Pricing, billing terms, and feature availability may change at our discretion with reasonable notice. Continued use of paid features after a pricing or feature change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
8. Data & Content Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the journal entries, trading data, screenshots, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited, non-exclusive license necessary to store, process, and display Your Content back to you in order to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership over Your Content and do not use it for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
9. "As Is" Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted/error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that any calculation, statistic, or analytical output will be accurate or complete.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Service, its owner(s), or operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, trading losses, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service and its owner(s)/operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via account settings, which will delete your associated personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to the Service or other users, with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us; if unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, save where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
